Devil’s food cake Rolo cookies! My wonderful friend Caitlin made these cookies yesterday and so graciously let me try one last night. The recipe was, of course, found on Pinterest. Needless to say, they were so amazing that I had to go out tonight (after $1 Taco night, naturally) and grab the ingredients for them. Best part? They are literally SO SIMPLE to make. It took about 5 minutes to create the mix, and they only need to bake for 7-8 minutes. The hardest part was unwrapping all the babii Rolos. Try them, you won’t be disappointed. John and I have both had 2 and a half already.
